I first dealt with Daryl Koolen of Kool Air in January 2005 when he installed a split system air conditioner on very short notice. We had nearly 6 years of effective cooling. In December 2010 we identified a problem with the unit, it was not cooling effectively!!

I rang Daryl to enquire if he could have a look at the unit. Daryl called out to our house that night (after hours to accommodate our work) and established that the unit was not working due to a fusion problem. The unit was out of warranty and Daryl suggested that we may be able to claim under our house insurance. He arranged for a quote to replace the unit, which was hand delivered the next day. (The claim was approved by our insurance company)

Daryl recommended a Mitsubishi split system unit to replace the faulty one and he arranged the installation within 3 days. The unit is so quiet and heats and cools our house efficiently. Daryl, your customer service and dedication to your customers is superb!!! So many Companies now have poor customer services, it is great to find a company that cares and does the right thing. You will have my business for a long time to come.
